The work has included building and evolving strategy, transformation, business change, portfolio and agile delivery functions, advising executive committees on strategy execution, and leading M&A Integrations.

Discovery: A 25 minute starter conversation to understand the challenge, the context, and whether there's a good fit.

Scope: If it's a fit, we agree the shape of the engagement along with the timeline, focus areas, and how success will be measured.

Delivery: Work begins. Engagements typically run from a few weeks to a proportion of time over a few months depending on the challenge. You work directly with me.
